Parking is provided for building occupants and their visitors. The Aventine is a mixed use complex and the parking is designed to accommodate all Aventine entities. There are two underground parking facilities that service the office building and hotel. There are
three entrances to the hotel and office parking, one at the entrance off of La Jolla Village Drive and two entrances on University Center Lane. Monthly parking key cards are allocated to tenants according to the terms of their lease. This key card provides 24 hour access to the parking garages. To obtain a garage key card, the tenant employee must complete a Garage Key Card Agreement. This agreement must be submitted to the Office of the Building by the tenant representative. Visitor parking is available through the main entrance on University Center Lane and the entrance off of La Jolla Village Drive. Tenants can validate the parking tickets of visitors with stickers purchased at the parking office located at the La Jolla Village Drive exit gate or they may rent a valometer which enables the tenant to be billed monthly for validations. The parking office's normal business hours for the sale of monthly parking passes and validation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

$16.00 maximum per day

$2.00 each 1/2-hour or part

SELF-PARKING
The Aventine Office Building garage entrance on University Center Lane is open
Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
At all other times, the La Jolla Village Drive
entrance must be used. The latter is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as is the garage itself.

VALET PARKING
The Valet Service in front of the Aventine Office Building is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

PARKING COUPONS:

Ace offers parking coupons for sale to office tenants for use by their clients. They come in two denominations:

ONE-HOUR COUPONS cover one hour of self-parking or part thereof, or 1/2-hour of valet parking or part thereof. They cost $2.00 each and are sold in books of 100 coupons each (total cost: $200.00 per book).

ALL-DAY COUPONS cover up to 24 hours of self-parking. They cost $12.00 each (a discount from the maximum daily rate of $16.00) and may be purchased in sheets of ten ($120.00 total cost) or books of 100 ($1,200.00 total cost).

PARKING COUPONS can be ordered Online
or by telephone (858-552-0237)
and can be delivered to purchasers at the Aventine Office Building, usually the same day. Or they can be purchased directly at the Aventine Parking Office, which is located just inside the east entrance of the parking structure off La Jolla Village Drive.

1. Cash (always accepted for any transaction).
2. Personal Check (requires Driver's License for identification).
3. Tenant Charge (available only to actual leaseholders -sublessees must pay by cash or check)
