The Menu

The menu concept for the restaurant is to create two restaurants within the one space.  A hip “cantina” with an extensive “tapas” menu for grazing for those looking for a quick lunch or inexpensive dinner.  A place to meet friends for happy hour or small groups to have a casual dinner sharing plates of appetizers and house specialty drinks.  The cantina will have a inside/outside feel where the flooring and fixtures carry through from the bar to the outside patio giving a sense of one space separate from the more formal dining room.

          The main dining room will have a more extensive menu of regional Mexican and Latin American specialties.  Entrees featuring seafood, beef, lamb, pork, chicken and quail prepared with freshly made sauces and marinades.  Daily specials will come from the wood fired oven and rotisserie.

          We will have a more varied price range for the lunch menu. Business people looking to entertain clients will have the top selections from our dinner menu available, but we will also have more traditional Mexican food items and sandwiches.    The large "tapa's" style bar menu for grazing will be offered at reduced prices  during the "Happy Hour" time slot of 4-6 P.M
